Bringing a dog or cat into the Home
Battersea aims never to turn away a dog or cat in need of our help.
If you need to bring your dog or cat into Battersea Dogs & Cats Home in London, please call us first on 020 7627 9218 or email.
If you need to bring your dog or cat into Battersea Dogs & Cats Home at Old Windsor, please call us first on 0843 509 4444.*
If you need to bring your dog or cat into Battersea Dogs & Cats Home at Brands Hatch, please call us first on 0843 509 4444.*
We book in owners' dogs and cats on a Waiting List basis. Appointments can be made for Mon-Fri, 10am-noon.
In emergencies we may be able to accept owners' dogs at other times, but please be aware that experienced veterinary or behaviour staff may not be available outside the above hours.
Please note: During very busy periods, when our kennels or cattery are full, we may not be able to take your dog or cat immediately and your details may be placed on a waiting list. Before bringing any animals to us please call first to ensure space is available for your dog or cat.
