    • You will provide front line leadership to Rehoming and Welfare Assistants (specialising in the cattery), ensuring first class service delivery in relation to animal welfare and customer service. You'll provide a visible, hands on presence in supporting the team and the journey of the animal throughout the Home. You'll maintain standards set by the Home and take personal/collective responsibility in proactively developing and improving the services provided. You will ensure that staff and volunteers alike feel valued, engaged and supported.

    • You will provide professional, efficient and friendly customer service for all visitors and callers to the Home. You will answer or direct all enquiries appropriately and process payments for dog and cat sales / shop purchases / animal claims. You will also accurately enter animal information on the BDCH database. The working hours for this role are 8 hours per week to be worked 2 weekends in every 4 weekends. Additional hours to provide ad hoc holiday cover will be required. These will be paid at the current salary rate up to 40 hours per week. If hours exceed 40 hours per week, over-time will be paid as per the Home’s terms and conditions.

    • A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and caring RVN to join our large, friendly team. Based at our superbly equipped clinic, you will join us in maintaining the high standards of animal care we pride ourselves on. You will work 40 hpw on a rota basis to include some weekends and bank holidays. 30 days annual leave, CPD fully funded and encouraged.
