For behaviour advice please contact our Behaviour Advice Line on 0905 020 0222 (calls cost 25p per minute from a BT landline, other networks may vary. Open 12 noon to 5pm)

We accept stray dogs and cats at any time, day or night.

If you need to bring your dog or cat into Battersea Dogs & Cats Home in London, please call us first on 020 7627 9218.

We take in owners' dogs and cats daily, 10.30am until 4pm.

In emergencies, we may be able to accept owners' dogs at other times, but please be aware that experienced veterinary or behaviour staff may not be available outside of these hours.

Please Note: During very busy periods, when our kennels are full, we might not be able to take your dog immediately and your details may be placed on a waiting list. For the same reason, we are not always able to accept cats or kittens. Before bringing any animals to us please call us first to ensure that space will be available for your dog or cat.
