We accept stray dogs and cats at any time, day or night.

We book  in owners' dogs and cats on a Waiting List basis.   Appointments can be made Monday – Friday between 10.00am – Midday.

In emergencies, we may be able to accept owners' dogs at other times, but please be aware that experienced veterinary or behaviour staff may not be available outside of these hours.

Please Note: During very busy periods, when our kennels are full, we might not be able to take your dog immediately and your details may be placed on a waiting list. For the same reason, we are not always able to accept cats or kittens. Before bringing any animals to us please call us first to ensure that space will be available for your dog or cat.

We are open for rehoming Monday to Friday from 1.00pm to 4.00pm and 10.30am to 4.00pm on Saturday and Sunday. We also offer online rehoming and a limited appointment service at our London site  - please visit our rehoming pages for more information.
