Dita
Dita continues to make us laugh, and I think she likes our company too.
She follows me around without getting under my feet and has been so good outside. She has become a masterful tree climber, helped by her lovely long tail, and loves to sit in the apple tree teasing the dogs next door. Her taste in food is somewhat unusual stealing cucumber, cabbage and carrot trimmings from my bowl for the compost heap; as soon as she smells cabbage she is on the worktop, we think she may have survived life on the streets scavenging at the back of a kebab house, haven’t tried her with garlic mayonnaise yet and doner kebabs are definitely off the menu!
Chasing with my other cat has become a daily game and they roll around on the path together showing off their bellies; Bumble is so smitten he can hardly keep on his feet, he throws himself down whenever she approaches. When he can’t find her he wanders around meowing.
