I left Battersea Dogs & Cats Home in October 2003. I have been meaning to write to my old friends and the kind people who looked after me for a very long time.

Leaving the Home and moving to a small town in Kent meant I could discover all the things I really enjoy in life like swimming in rivers or, when the tide is out, wading through mud!  I also enjoy long lazy days on the cool garden patio and nap-time on the sofas.  Now I am eight years old i am still learning new tricks although I haven't worked out getting into that treat tin yet.

My owners think that I am the best dog in the world and they are probably right, which is why when in March 2009 I was diagnosed with leukemia a black cloud descended upon our home.  But two months on I am responding well to chemo and although it is unlikely to cure me it will give me a few more happy months with my faithful humans. I want to appear in Paws or on your website to show everyone how much I appreciate the life Battersea and my new owners gave me.
