People from all walks of life take part in our challenges.  They give you the chance to step out of your normal routine and do something amazing that you may have never thought possible.

There are many challenges throughout the year and something to suit everyone. Our international challenges include trekking in Peru, Iceland, Kilimanjaro, the Sahara, the Alps or the Great Wall of China, or cycling from London to Paris or through the amazing scenery of Cuba or Vietnam.

There's also an amazing opportunity to see Orangutans in Borneo and one of our most successful challenges, dog sledding in the Arctic.

If you fancy something a bit closer to home, there are UK challenges and sponsored walks to take part in, too.

Whether you'd like to Parachute for a Pooch or take on the challenge of White Water Rafting there are sites all over the Uk to do these.

Or if you'd prefer to get those legs going on some sponsored walks there is the Three Peaks Challenge next year and to get your furry friend involved too why not join our  Epping Forest Dog Walk.

We have a number of charity places in the Flora London Marathon and the British 10k run each year but there are many other fun running events around the country you could get involved with.

We have a fantastic package for our runners which includes a pre-event tour of the Home (depending on the event), training tips, fundraising tips and sponsor forms and a customised Battersea Dogs & Cats Home running top with your name on it.
