Bupa Great South Run

Beginning at the D-Day Museum and Southsea Castle, participants will run along the coastline towards Garrison Church, before heading back towards the finishing line at the Pyramids Centre via the Portsmouth War Memorial.

The spirit of the event is all about taking part, not winning, so you can progress along the course at your own speed. Many people who have never run in a race have taken part in the Great South Run – with life changing consequences. Since participants are responsible for booking their own place through the organisers, there is no minimal sponsorship. Of course, we want you to do as well as you possibly can, and are more than happy to support you in the run up to the race. We will send you a fundraising pack and running vest and will help you in any way we can.
