Responsible ownership
At Battersea we frequently see thousands of dogs and cats who have become lost and have no identification meaning that we cannot trace their owners. We also see dogs and cats with avoidable health problems or behaviour problems that have escalated to a point where their owners can no longer cope with them. As a result we are committed to educating the public about the responsibilities of pet ownership and how they can ensure that their pet is healthy and happy.
