More about Buttons

Beautiful Buttons, our Labrador Weimaraner cross, is a clever lady with bags of potential in the right home.

However, she has some major anxieties around strangers due to her sensitive nature. This can lead her to being quite reactive when meeting new people. Her new owners will need to have experience of owning a dog with the same behaviours as Buttons, and know how to help her cope in these situations. She will need a quiet, adult only home, in a rural location, and a sympathetic approach to her training.

The world is very overwhelming to Buttons and she can be very easily spooked. Buttons new owners will need to be prepared to come and meet her a few times before she would be able to go home. Once she has built a bond with someone, she is a loving, affectionate girl, who enjoys long walks and a good game of fetch with a ball.

If you think you have the right experience to offer Buttons the home she so thoroughly deserves, then please do get in touch.
