More about CALLY (& SOFIA)

Cally and Sofia are steady dogs who are good friends, and are looking for their new home together. They are based at our Old Windsor centre, please email bow.rehomers@battersea.org.uk if you are interested in them.

Both are a bit worried by certain things - Cally is the more confident of the pair with exploring the world and will happily walk around and sniff. Sofia is less confident but she takes alot of comfort from Cally and will follow her lead. Around people, Cally can be apprehensive to greet people she does not, but Sofia is very friendly and will go over for a fuss from anyone.

Sofia and Cally are both quite nervous and are looking for patient and understanding owners who will give them time to settle in, and also be happy to give gentle guidance when socialising with the outside world.

Neither are very toy motivated but they adore food. Sofia really enjoys being with people and will often stand in between your legs to watch the world go by.

With other dogs, Cally can sometimes have a bit of a bark when she sees them, whereas Sofia is mostly independent. They are not dogs that will enjoy being around lots of other dogs and do prefer their own space.

Once they know you well, both are very affectionate and love having a fuss, and can get a bit scatty and fun when they are really comfortable.
