More about DASHER

Meet Dasher, a lively bundle of joy!

Dasher is a Border Collie who came to us through another rescue. While he was there, he was known for his friendly nature with people, although he found the busy kennel environment quite overwhelming.

Being a younger pup, Dasher is still in need of socialisation. For now, he would thrive best as the only pet in the household, allowing his new family to focus on introducing him to new experiences and training. He’ll also appreciate having a secure garden where he can burn off some of that youthful energy he may have.

This sweet boy is full of enthusiasm and will need plenty of both physical and mental activities in his forever home. His ideal owners should have experience with Collies or similar breeds with behaviours which closely resembles his. Dasher would flourish with a family that enjoys training and leads an active lifestyle, as he is still in his adolescent phase. Proper training at this stage is crucial to help him grow into a well-rounded adult.
