More about Roxy

Meet our wonderful Roxy! She sadly arrived to Battersea as a stray and therefore we have no history on her life before she came to us.

She is a delightful girl who has shown to really struggle onsite, especially outside. Roxy is quite noise sensitive and lacks confidence, and has therefore required some additional training with her humans to help her cope and address those worries!

Roxy when excitable and stressed outside has shown to be bouncy on lead, and will therefore require experienced owners who enjoy and understand training techniques to help her through those experiences with ease. She has progressed so well with us and we know she will blossom in the home with help from her new owners.

Roxy loves to explore new food enrichment and enjoys playing with toys. Roxy although has been worried outside and panics, we have taught her to utilise some tools that help her cope with her feelings, and become more settled and relaxed on her own.

She is looking for owners who can guide and support her in the home and be mindful that she will need patience and a lot of love and care!

Roxy is affectionate and loves calm hands on which is another reassurance for her when she is nervous outside. But with the right approach to her training, she has shown so much improvement and will continue to blossom in the home.
