More about Scooby Doo
Scooby Doo is an energetic, intelligent dog, who is eager to please, and has great food and toy drive. He loves to learn new skills, and has even learnt to ring a bell and find hidden toys. He is looking for new training partners who are interested in continuing his education as he matures, and an interest in trying new activities.
Scooby Doo enjoys the company of other dogs, and has some nice social skills, so would benefit from regular walks with mature dogs who will help him develop these even further. He will need to be the only dog in the home while he is still learning and refining his social etiquette.
Scooby Doo loves to be with his bonded people, especially if there's a game or a new trick to learn as well. He has struggled when left on his own for a long time, so will need patient owners prepared to support him through this. He loves his toys, and makes friends quickly through games. He has a fantastic nose too, and has been learning to search out hidden toys.
Scooby Doo is a great walking companion and can cope with fairly long distances, as he proved himself recently, by taking part in Battersea's Muddy Dog trek covering 20km, and he was still up for walking more. He took seeing all the other dogs around him in his stride (even wanting to meet all of them when they were behind him the most). During his day out he showed some signs that he would love to take part in other canine sports too like cani-cross.
Scooby Doo is an incredibly smart boy who would be good for someone looking for an active dog they can train with, especially if they are interested in agility or other dog sports.
