Gaming to the Rescue Merchandise Promotion Terms and & Conditions

1. This promotion is open to all UK residents over the age of 13 who have raised money through our Gaming to the Rescue campaign, and in line with clause (2) below.

2. To be eligible to claim a prize, you must have a Just Giving or Tiltify account and raised a minimum of one of the below amounts through Battersea Gaming to the Rescue:

(a) £100;

(b) £350; or

(c) £500

3. The amounts raised in (2) above excludes Gift Aid.

4: To claim your prize, you must email gamingtotherescue@battersea.org.uk with proof of your fundraising.

5. If you are under 18 and want to make a claim you must ensure you have a parent, guardian or legally responsible adult consent to do so.

6. The closing date for the promotion is midday (GMT, UK) on 31st December 2021. Any claims received after this date will not be processed.

7. If you make a claim and qualify under one of the amounts set out in (2) above you shall receive one of the following prize bundles, depending on the amounts raised:

(a) Above £100 prize bundle: Pin badge, Tote bag and water bottle;

(b) Above £350 prize bundle: Pin badge, Tote bag, Water bottle, T-shirt and Beanie; and

(c) Above £500 prize bundle: Pin badge, Tote bag, Water bottle, T-shirt, Beanie and Hoodie.

8. Please be aware there are a limited number of prizes available and prizes will be awarded on first come first served basis. Battersea reserves the right to close this Promotion early if we run out of prizes, or where it becomes necessary to do so.

9. There is only one prize per person. You cannot make a claim for a second bundle even if you reach a higher threshold.

10: For bundles (b) and (c) as described in clause (6) above Battersea will need to take your t-shirt size. This information will only be processed for the purposes of sending you the correct sized t-shirt.

11. All prizes are non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives shall be offered. However, Battersea reserves the right to replace any of the prizes with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances require it.

12. Battersea accepts no responsibility for entries that could not be completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, or computer, network or server failure of any kind.

13. Battersea accepts no responsibility for prizes being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.

14. Battersea will endeavour to send prizes within 20 working days  of the request being made. If there are unforeseen delays outside of Battersea’s control, we will make all efforts to send prizes as soon as possible and to keep the claimants advised of any delays.

15. You are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions upon submitting your claim. Battersea reserves the right to refuse a claim to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

16. Insofar as is permitted by law, Battersea will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate, or accept any liability for, any damage or injury occurred as a result of claiming your Gaming to the Rescue prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of Battersea. Your statutory rights are not affected.

17. Battersea will not sell or share your personal data with any third party for their marketing purposes, and will process your personal data in accordance with Data Protection Laws and our Privacy Policy: www.battersea.org.uk/privacy

18. Battersea may contact you for marketing purposes by post under our legitimate interest, or by email, telephone or text message if we have your permission to do so. 19. The Gaming to the Rescue Merchandise Promotion, these Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim between the parties arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

20. Battersea reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Battersea & NZXT Prize Draw Terms and & Conditions

1. This promotion is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 who have fundraised as part of Gaming to the Rescue, and in line with clause (2) below.

2. To be eligible and be in the chance to win the custom designed Gaming to the Rescue PC, you must have taken part in Gaming to the Rescue during the month of October and raised at least £50.

3. This prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

4. The closing date for the promotion is 23:59 (GMT, UK) on October 31 2021. Any entries received after this date will not be processed.

5. The winner will receive a custom designed Gaming to the Rescue PC.

6. The winner will be chosen by random draw from all entries on November 5 2021.

7. Battersea reserves the right to close this Prize Draw early if it becomes necessary to do so.

11. Battersea shall attempt to contact the winner no later than the end of the day on October 8 2021. If the winner does not respond to Battersea within 30 days of being notified of their win, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Battersea will select another winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

12. NZXT will endeavour to send the prize within 30 working days of drawing the name of the winner. If there are unforeseen delays outside of NZXT’s control, they will make all efforts to send the prize as soon as possible.
