Trade stand registration

If you would like to apply to attend one of Battersea’s events as a trader, please complete the form below. Please provide us with as much detail as you can about your stand. Once submitted, we will be in touch within three working days. If you have any questions, please email events@batterasea.org.uk.

Please note: trade stand spaces are allocated in multiples of 3m footage x 3m depth @ £75.00 per space, per event. Cost is for space only. Traders are required to provide their own marquee and all other equipment
Documents

We require a copy of your Public Liability Insurance of £5 million or over and a copy of a risk assessment for your stand. These documents are mandatory to be able to exhibit at a BDCH event. Please upload files below.

Payment

You can make payment by cheque, invoice or bank transfer. One of the team will arrange this with you once your registration has been accepted.

Trade stand holder declaration

This is my/our application for space at the events selected above. I accept that its completion does not itself constitute acceptance by the organiser and that acceptance of my/our application will be at the discretion of the organiser.

I confirm that I will not fundraise for any charity other than Battersea Dogs & Cats Home at the event without prior consent from Battersea Dogs & Cats Home.
