We would not be able to give our dogs and cats the high standard of care we are so proud of without our dedicated team of volunteers. Over 260 volunteers provide companionship, stimulation and exercise for our dogs and cats.
Battersea Dogs & Cats Home are not currently recruiting for volunteers at any of our three sites.

This is very important to the mental and physical well-being of the animals as it helps them to become more relaxed in this environment, helping them on their journey to a new home.
Volunteers also help behind the scenes with administration across various departments and represent the Home at shows and events.
Volunteers operate across all three sites, Battersea, Old Windsor and Battersea Brands Hatch.
