David qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995 and has held senior roles in acquisition and development at Bass, Property and Operations Director roles at Regent Inns Plc. He is Group Propery Director at Caretech plc which provides care of children as well as adults and school provision. He was previously Property & Tenancy Director at Young & Co Brewery Plc. and Group Director for Cambian Health Group, the UK’s largest provider of specialist services in education, mental health rehabilitation and learning disabilities. David has a broad knowledge of operational and development processes relating to property as well as invaluable experience of dealing with listed buildings of historical merit.

David has a dog called Mabel who was from Battersea.
