More about ARCHIE

Meet our sensitive lurcher lad, Archie! He is a very lovely boy and the key to his heart is through his love of soft toys. Once he has built a bond, he is full of so much character and can be super affectionate.

Archie is an underconfident boy in a few different areas, being unsure of new people and dogs and is worried with more formal handling. We have put various training plans in place for him since he has been with us which he is responding well to and we will look to share any advice with new owners. In his previous home, he would become uncomfortable if approached on his bed or moved off of the sofa, so will need a gentle and understanding approach when settling in to a new home.

Archie is looking for new owners who have experience with underconfident and worried types. His owners would preferably have a calm and quiet lifestyle, and be patient and sympathetic to his ongoing needs. Archie would prefer to live in a location away from any busier inner cities and needs a private garden of his own for confidence building and off lead zoomies. He would need to be the only pet in the home and could be left for short periods once settled in.
