Meet our adorable Betty!

Betty is a sweet girl who came to us through no fault of her own. We have limited information on her before coming to her, but she has spent a lot of her pivotal development stage in a kennel environment. She will also grow to be a big girl which potential new owners should be prepared for.

Despite this less than ideal start to her life, she is quite a confident girl around people. She loves her toys and is quite food motivated which has helped with her training. She has also spent time on foster with a larger female dog and while initially she was worried, she gained confidence quickly and became playful.

Betty is looking for new owners who are patient and will help her to settle into home life and continue her confidence building and socialisation. She would be able to live with older children who can demonstrate an understanding of dog body language. She is looking for a home in a quieter location with it's own secure and private garden. She will need a home with multiple adult carers and minimal leaving hours. She could potentially live with a steady older dog who can act as a role model, and cats who are confident with large dogs.
