Nimbus is an excellent example of the Saluki breed and will be loved by a Saluki enthusiast. He has settled well in kennels enjoying the comfort of a cosy bed and will snooze through the day.

New owners will need to guide Nimbus through dog interactions, when first arriving he found meeting dogs very stressful and showed some reactivity. We have continued his socialisation helping him build confidence and he is really improving. This will be an aspect of training that will need to continue in his new home.

We have seen a prey drive from Nimbus around wildlife and small animals, due to this he will be rehomed to stay on lead and wear a muzzle when in public. He will need a home with his own private secure garden to allow him to have daily off lead time to run around. Secure fields are another great option to allow him to have zoomies before going back to snoozing at home.

Nimbus has been very affectionate with people, making friends quickly and even trying to get on your lap if you're sitting down long enough. His second love would be food, he has not been fussy, enjoying meals and the odd treat.
