More about RAVE

Rave is a bubbly and delightful Greyhound, she loves to play fetch and chase after a tennis ball. She is located at our Old Windsor centre, if you are interested in rehoming her, please email bow.rehomers@battersea.org.uk.

Rave enjoys making new friends and has had no issues befriending everyone she has met so far. Once she knows you, you have a friend for life, Rave loves nothing more than being centre of attention and will lean into you looking for a cuddle. She is full of fun and energy and is quite a spritely, lively dog who will really appeal to owners looking for a dog with lots of character.

She will need to learn the routines of a household and everything that comes with this, though she is a bright dog and we’re sure she’ll pick this up quickly. Rave will need a private and secure garden so that she can run around to stretch her legs and have some off lead exercise.

At this moment in time, Rave will be looking to be the only dog in the household. Rave has had mixed reactions around other dogs; she can be sometimes be over the top when greeting other dogs and at other times, she can prefer her own space at not want to interact with others and will be very clear with this. She will be looking for new owners who can read dog body language and can continue her ongoing training around other dogs.
