More about ROXY

Roxy is an intelligent and active Belgian Shepherd based at our Old Windsor site.

She is looking for an adult only home with experience of owning an active working breed. True to her breed, she will need a home willing to do training such as agility, flirt pole games and search games to keep her brain busy. She finds walks relaxing and enjoys following her nose.

She can get over-excited greeting people at times, but we have put some training in place to help her and this can be continued in her new home. She loves people and enjoys play time and learning new things, and when she is comfortable with you she really likes a fuss. She is generally independent around other dogs but does find bouncy dogs overwhelming - she is not a dog who will enjoy being around lots of dogs.

Roxy is the ideal dog for someone wanting a project dog that will thrive with lots of training to keep her busy. Staff here have lots of fun doing training with Roxy - she's entertaining and very eager to please and it's been very rewarding seeing her settle and begin to build bonds with staff.
