More about TEDDY
Teddy is a bright and playful Chihuahua cross based at Battersea Old Windsor, we believe he is possibly crossed with a Corgi.
Teddy’s favourite thing to do is play with his ball and he’ll happily chase after it all day. He knows a drop command and has been very good with bringing the ball back to people.
Teddy is a smart and exuberant dog but does require some ongoing training in a number of areas. He does have a vocal side and will suit an owner looking for a project and someone who has owned more complex dogs before.
Teddy is looking for a quieter home as he has shown some reactions to people and dogs and due to this he will need his own private and secure garden as well.
In his previous home, Teddy had a cheeky side and would run off and steal socks. He was house trained and travelled well in the car, often sleeping on the back seat.
Teddy is currently looking to be the only dog in his new home as he can be vocal around them and lack confidence at times. He can be social with other smaller, calmer dogs and will benefit from walking with appropriate dogs outside.
If you are interested in rehoming him, please bow.rehomers@battersea.org.uk or call 01784 494443.
Please be aware that due to the high number of enquiries we are receiving, we are only able to respond to individual enquiries that look to be a good match for Teddy’s needs. Thank you for your understanding.
