Meet our Perfect Presa X Cane Corso Princess Xara,

Xara has come to us through no fault of her own as unfortunately her previous owners circumstances changed out of their control and they felt they had no other options but for us to help. She is a young energetic girl who has captured the hearts of her care group here at Battersea.

Xara has a lovely history in her previous home with both the owner, and the child she lived with, she is looking for a home with older children as they are more likely to be able to read her body language, she is also quite bouncy youngster and when she gets excited she can get a little mouthy, new owners should continue all the training in place for Xara consistently when they get her home.

Xara has been great around dogs and most unknown people, she can be a little worried of bigger dogs and men. She will read a dogs body language and take herself away if a dog makes her feel uncomfortable, with a person she is very watchful and hesitant but usually warms up quickly and accepts hands on fuss. She would do best in a home where there are no other animals, but it would be beneficial for her to have some doggy friends that she can socialise and play with when she goes out.

As she is a big bouncy girl, we are ideally looking for owners that have experience with similar large breeds and are confident in handling big dogs, as Xara can be strong on the lead at times.
