Deri is a 30 year veteran of the consumer goods industry, having worked in many leadership roles over a long and varied career. More recently he has served as a regional president for both Europe and then Asia Pacific for Mars Pet Nutrition. He is currently working as the Chief Transformation Officer for Mars Petcare. Deri is married to Carol and lives in Windsor with their 3 children and 2 dogs. Deri enjoys all manor of sports and his specialist subject is Welsh Rugby.
