Pat is an experienced Board Director having served in an executive and non-executive capacity in the public, private and charity sectors. Previous roles include Non-Executive Director at HMRC and The Financial Ombudsman, Regional Board Member at The Princes Trust, and a member of the Advisory Board at HCA Healthcare UK.

Pat’s most recent Executive role was VP Marketing and Sales at HCA Healthcare UK, prior to which she had 20 years’ experience in marketing and corporate communications including as Group Marketing Director at BUPA and Head of Brands Management at British Airways. She has also set up her own consultancy business, advising organisations on corporate and brand communications.

Pat is currently Chair of Assistance Dogs UK and of The Perceval Almshouses, and previously was Vice Chair of Guide Dogs.  She is a lifelong dog owner, including of her current rescue dogs Jamie and Hugo.
