Steph joined Battersea in 2026 as Interim Chief Information Officer. She brings extensive experience of global Technology leadership across multiple sectors including Shipping, Media & Entertainment, Local Government and Healthcare & Life Sciences.

Steph is passionate about building and transforming technology services that power organisations to achieve their purpose and building diverse, high performing technology teams through inspirational leadership and coaching.

Steph comes from a family of dog-lovers and has grown up with many varied breeds from Rhodesian Ridgebacks to Norfolk Terriers. Today she spends her spare time entertaining Bobby, her miniature apricot poodle.
