He has led complex transformation and operational leadership across world‑class organisations including Save the Children, Diageo, Sodexo, Vodafone, Selfridges, and Vue Entertainment.

A passionate advocate for “tech for good,” Trevor believes deeply in the power of AI, data, and digital innovation to accelerate social impact. He is widely recognised for attracting top talent, building and leading culturally diverse, high‑performing teams, and fostering positive, purpose‑driven cultures. His recent work has focused on shaping new experiences, operations, strategies, products, services, and business models designed for the AI, data, and digital age.

A lifelong animal lover and pet owner, Trevor has long admired Battersea’s commitment to transforming the lives of dogs and cats in need. Originally from Canada, he now lives in Greenwich, London, with his family, and his much‑loved 18‑year‑old dog, Poppy, who can often be found enjoying walks (very slowly!) through Greenwich Park.
