More about Dr. McDreamy

Pick me, choose me, love me!

Meet Battersea's own Dr. McDreamy.

McDreamy is ready to get your heart racing (but no more than a healthy average of 100bpm!). How can you resist this handsome boy with his unique ears and chubby face! McDreamy is the loveliest, smoochiest cat and adores a fuss, his head bumps will make your heart melt. He loves a lap and will be purring away like a little engine, slowly lulling you to sleep so you can't get up! He also has bursts of energy and likes to chase his string toy around and to explore his territory, so he will need outside access to a private garden he can patrol and watch the visiting birds and insects!

As McDreamy can let you know when he's had enough of being stroked, he will need to live with older school age children who can give him the space he needs. He will also need a permanent litter tray in his new home.

McDreamy is a chatty boy and expect him to greet you in the mornings, and throughout the day inform you of everything he's been up to with little chirps and trills!

If you have already completed our online rehoming application form, and are ready to visit us and rehome within the next two days, you can e-mail our cat rehoming team on cat.rehoming@battersea.org.uk to register your interest.

We ask every customer to first complete our online form before we discuss an individual animal, so if you have not filled in our form yet you can find the details on how to do so here: https://www.battersea.org.uk/rehome/cats

Please be aware that we have a large amount of interest in rehoming our animals, so we are only able to contact those that are a match for the cat you have contacted us about.

Please note that if the cat has a green ‘reserved’ banner, the cat is currently reserved and cannot be discussed with anyone else at this time.
