More about Miles
Magnificent Miles is a handsome gentlemen waiting for his forever home.
Our boy Miles will have you singing:
When I wake up, Well I know I’m gonna be
I’m gonna be the lucky one who wakes up next to Miles!
When I go out, well I know I’m gonna be
I’m gonna be the one that dreams of coming home to Miles
When I’m working well I am know I’m gonna be
I’m gonna be the one who’s working to make him purr
And When the purrs come in for the work I do
I’ll pass another treat back on to Miles
Because Miles would walk Five hundred miles
And Miles will walk five hundred more
Just to be the cat that wins your heart
Miles would walk forever more!
Miles is known to imprint on his favourite people, creating a strong and unique bond with his favourite/chosen person. This is built with time and patience and is rewarded with loyalty, devotion, companionship, and affection. He sticks to his chosen person like glue meowing and chirping affectionately following them around, giving strong head bumps purring away. He enjoys keeping a lap warm for as long as aloud enjoying a midday snooze.
Miles - King of the cat tree! He utilises every possible shelf, scoop, and hidey hole provided. He will keep watch from the very top so he can have the perfect view of those who come and go, rightly worshipping this gorgeous boy. He adores spending a lazy afternoon snoozing in his hidey holes. Or showing off his playful side in his hammock - watch him bounce up and down showing the feather toy who's boss!
His a big love bug with a mountain of love to give. Miles is the perfect distraction and he will make a great companion and new family member to the people lucky enough to rehome him.
Miles will need outside access via a cat flap, and his own room to be settled into. He will be best suited to living with teenagers and above. All rehoming is based on successful introductions.
Prospective new owners will need to speak to a Battersea vet prior to rehoming.
If you have already completed our online rehoming form and would like to know more about Miles, you can e-mail our rehoming team on (cat.rehoming@battersea.org.uk) to register your interest.
We ask every customer to first complete our online form to discuss an individual animal, so if you have not filled in our form yet you can find the details on how to do so here (https://www.battersea.org.uk/rehome/cats).
Please be aware we have a large amount of interest in rehoming our animals, so we are only able to contact those who are a match for the cat you have contacted us about.
