More about Abbie

Sweet Abbie arrived at Battersea via another rescue so we have no history on her or how she is in a home.
Since being onsite she has shown herself to be a sensitive soul who is worried and timid with new people although she is slowly coming out of her shell and showing her affectionate nature. New owners will need to be patient with her when settling into the home and go at Abbie's pace so as to not overwhelm her.
Abbie is also worried when meeting other dogs but can be friendly with her greets. As she has shown some chase behaviours towards wildlife she will need to be muzzled and kept on lead when out and about in public places.
Abbie is looking for a home away from the inner city where she can have access to quieter walking routes in order to build up her confidence. She will need her own private garden for off-lead time and she can live with teenagers 13+ who will respect her space.

Abbie really is a sweet and gentle soul who is ready for a home of her own. She is sure to be the most loving companion in any household lucky enough to have her.
