More about BLISS
Meet Bliss, a charming Staffie cross who is sure to steal your heart!
Bliss arrived at Battersea with no history, and while she was initially a little unsure, she quickly settled in and has shown her true affectionate nature. She can be a bit clingy at times, but her loving personality makes her a joy to be around and has progressed well with her settle training using food puzzles to keep her busy when alone.
Bliss bas shown some nice social skills around other dogs, However, while her socialisations around other dogs continues, we feel that currently she would be best be the solo dog in the household.
She is looking for a home where her new owners have some experience with dogs, ideally around nervous dogs, so as to best be able to read her body language appropriately, to know when she is 'tapping out'/becoming submissive. As she can be quite a sensitive soul and get overwhelmed in situations, new owners will need to advocate for her when out and about as well as making sure she is having time to decompress and get used to new environments/experiences gradually.
If you’re ready for a loving, loyal companion who will always be by your side, Bliss would love to meet you!
If you are interested in Bliss, please contact the rehoming team at: rehoming@battersea.org.uk, ensuring you have first registered for rehoming on the Battersea website: https://www.battersea.org.uk/rehoming.
Please note due to volume of enquiries we may have at any time, we will only look to contact homes that we feel best meet all of Bliss' needs.
