Meet lovely Buddy!

Buddy arrived at Battersea through no fault of his own due to a change in his owner's circumstances.

Whilst we cannot be certain of Buddy's breed we do believe there is some hound dog in him. Buddy is an affectionate boy who loves his people, toys and food and likes to make you aware of it. He is loud and proud.

Buddy is a highly intelligent dog, with amazing motivations for training. He is looking for an active home, with owners keen to teach him plenty of tricks! He would thrive with a home that wants to take him to extra curricular classes, be that scent work,, obedience, or agility - Buddy is game for any and all!

Buddy is very sensitive towards formal handling but has progressed by leaps and bounds since arriving on site. He will wear his muzzle proudly and maintain focus with his trusted person until the procedure is completed.

Buddy does enjoy playing with other similar dogs but at times can show a little too much affection and will need work on his recall moving forward! Buddy can be vocal and frustrated on lead, he will need to be worked up to greeting other dogs to ensure he is calm and polite during greets!

Buddy is a sweet little songbird who has captured the hearts of everyone on site. He will make a wonderful addition to any home.
