Meet our charming Chester!

Chester arrived at Battersea through no fault of his own and has a glowing history from his previous home. Chester lived with two adults and two children under the age of twelve, and he truly thrived in a loving family environment. Described as happy, playful, and affectionate, this boy's age certainly doesn't stop him from being full of beans!

Here at Battersea, we've also discovered that Chester is a bit of a social butterfly. He has shown to be a gregarious boy and is always up for a good play session with his canine pals. In his history he could get a bit OTT with other dogs due to his excitable nature however he has solid foundations for his new owners to continue training with him.

True to his Labrador roots, Chester is very food-motivated – a trait that makes training a dream, but also means his new owners should be mindful of what’s within sniffing distance! An understanding of food-loving dogs will go a long way, and we’ll be happy to offer advice to help keep his adventurous appetite in check.

Chester is a very well rounded loving Labrador that will make anyone's house a home.
