Meet our handsome chap Dash!

This sweet boy arrived at Battersea through no fault of his own, due to a change in his owners circumstances, meaning they could no longer care for him.

Dash is an 8 year old English Bull Terrier with a lovely history and a beautiful temperament. He is an absolute darling and has stolen the hearts of all that have had the pleasure to work with him at our site. He is an affectionate lad who loves to be with his people, but has shown to really struggle spending time alone and has had a tough time settling into kennel life.

He has a pep in his step but in his older age the two things he enjoys the most are; cuddles with his people and nap time!

As previously mentioned, Dash has struggled to settle when left alone, and spent a lot of time in the company of people in his previous home. He is therefore looking for owners who have a lifestyle that will help them be able to provide him with gradual time alone training and have ideally experienced working with separation anxiety behaviours in the past.

Dash could potentially live with school aged children+ as he has a good history around children in previous home, but would prefer to be the only dog in the home, where he can receive all the attention he deserves in his retirement.
