More about Delroy

Meet our sweet boy Delroy! Delroy was brought in to Battersea through no fault of his own due to his previous owner no longer be able to care for him.

He is a young 9 month old shipoo (shih tsu X poodle) who is looking for owners who have the experience and willingness to guide him in the right direction and who are confident with their approach to dogs who may need things taken at their own pace.

Delroy is still a youngster and will require confident, committed owners who can provide basic training and time in helping him mature with some good basic foundation skills.

He has shown to have a sensitive side and can be a little worried of new people but once bonded he is a wiggly and excitable boy who loves a gentle fuss!

Delroy likes other dogs although can be nervous when first meeting them, but he is growing in confidence every day and would benefit from some steady doggy friends to help build his confidence in this area. He is looking for a home away from the inner city, with access to his own private garden. He can live with teens 13+ who can participate in his daily training.

Delroy is a delight and is a firm favourite with staff members. He is sure to be the most loving of companions in any home lucky enough to have him.
