More about DOBBY
Dobby is a fun-loving, affectionate girl who’s ready to find her perfect match! After coming to us through no fault of her own, she’s settling in well and showing us just how sweet and full of personality she really is.
She’s relaxed and cuddly in the home, especially when she has a soft bed and a quiet space to unwind. Dobby previously lived with two larger dogs and was mostly friendly and playful, though she could sometimes be a bit of a pest with her enthusiasm! We also know she’s shown some intolerance to female dogs in the past, although we have not seen that so far in her stay with us. For this reason we feel she'd be happiest as the only dog in the home for now, with potential for carefully managed doggy friendships.
Dobby loves her toys—especially a ball—and can be quite playful and spirited, but she’s also got some solid training under her belt and is responsive to guidance. She’s friendly with people and enjoys being part of the action, making her a wonderful potential companion for someone ready to give her the time, structure, and affection she deserves.
She’ll thrive in a home with bull breed experience and owners who are confident in continuing her socialisation journey.
Dobby would benefit from a home with a secure garden for training & burn offs & could potentially live with confident teens that can get involved with her training.
If you think Dobby might just be the companion you are looking for, please contact the team on rehoming@battersea.org.uk, ensuring you have first registered to rehome here: https://www.battersea.org.uk/rehoming before enquiring about an individual dog.
Due to the volume of enquiries we receive, we may only be able to respond to homes most able to meet the needs of each individual dog.
