Meet our sweet boy Donald!

Since his arrival at Battersea, Donald has shown that he can have a bit of a worried side to him but we have seen him grow in confidence more and more each day . Due to his sensitive nature, he will need gradual exposure to the outside world.

Donald gains a lot of confidence from being around other dogs, so we are looking to either rehome him with another calm, steady role model dog or to a household that with regularly socialise him with steady, friendly doggy pals.

Donald is looking for a home away from the inner city, with access to his own private garden so he can discover the world at his own pace, without any overwhelming disturbances. He can live with teens 13+ and could potentially live with a dog savvy cat.

Donald is a gentle and sensitive soul and will need new owners who will give him all the time he needs to build a bond and settle in a home. It is important that his new owners understand that he needs space, and to not overhandle him as this could set him back in his confidence building progress.
