More about Harvey

Harvey is a lively youngster who is full of fun. He loves people and gets very excited when he sees you, greeting with a wiggly body and big smile. In his previous home, Harvey was housetrained and thrived with company from his owners. He would settle happily and enjoyed having a fuss and was friendly greeting visitors - he sometimes jumps up to say hello but is learning to keep his feet on the floor to greet.

One of Harvey's main loves is other dogs, so much so that he wants to greet them all and struggles a bit if he cannot play. He can stop on walks and not want to move until other dogs have passed by and his owners will need to be patient with this and continue with the training that will help Harvey with this. He is friendly and cheerful when he meets dogs -he may be able to live with another dog in his new home but any dog he lives with will need to be comfortable with a juvenile, playful dog and be able to play but also be a good role model for him.

Harvey shows some great promise with this training and is looking for dedicated owners to carry this on. He is comical and energetic and will be a loving, loyal and very entertaining member of the family when he settles in.
