More about Kody

Meet Koda, our handsome Spitz cross!

Koda is a young, active and affectionate boy who loves spending time with people and being involved in whatever is going on around him. Full of character, he is sure to keep his new owners on their feet and smiling.

Koda is looking for enthusiastic owners who can continue his training and help him build confidence as he learns about the world around him. He can be unsure around some dogs and has shown reactive behaviours, often struggling to overcome these emotions, but he is a making good progress and has successfully made friends with suitable dogs. We've found that Koda generally does better when he's with another dog, and can spend time in small spaces with his known friends, so we believe that Koda should live with another dog to help with his reactivity. How Koda would be introduced to a home with an existing dog would need to be discussed.
He is also looking for a cat-free home.

As Koda can be vocal and easily overwhelmed in busy environments, he would benefit from living in a quieter area with access to calmer walking routes. He will also require a private garden where he can relax, play and continue building his confidence in a familiar environment.

Koda is a fun, rewarding dog with lots of potential and is looking for owners who can give him the guidance, patience and commitment he needs to thrive.
