Meet our elderly gentleman, Luther!

Luther is our lovely Beagle who has a great history around people and dogs alike. Luther is under the care of the London Battersea team and is currently spending time in a foster home.

A the grand age of 13, Luther is still keen to get out and get going on his walks, so he can sniff and explore like the typical beagle that he is! He has shown to be a real friendly boy with a calm temperament and gentle nature.

Given his good history and has been great around people of all ages, he could go to first time owners if they are willing to do a bit of research into the beagle breed, and to what to expect from them, as he can be a very vocal boy at times and makes good use of his classic 'hound bay'. He is looking to be the only dog in the home, but could live with a calm, dog savvy cat! Luther would thrive in a home away from the inner city and he could possibly live with children 8+.

This lovely lad is ready to put his paws up and enjoy his retirement! He will make a wonderful companion in any home lucky enough to have him.
