More about Mouse
Mouse is a sweet and affectionate one-year-old Lurcher who is looking for a loving home where she can continue to enjoy all the things that make her happiest. She is currently based at Battersea Old Windsor.
When Mouse first arrived with us, she showed a shy side and took a little time to warm up to new people. With gentle encouragement and patient companionship, her confidence has blossomed and she now enjoys meeting new people, happily seeking out fuss and attention from those she trusts.
Mouse is a playful girl who thrives in the company of other dogs, particularly fellow sighthounds and dogs with a similar energy level, she loves a game of chase. She can feel a little uncomfortable if dogs rush up to her, so her new owners will need to advocate for her and help ensure her interactions remain positive. She could potentially share her home with a similar breed to her own.
One of Mouse's favourite activities is stretching her legs and showing off her speed. She loves running around our paddocks and would benefit from having access to a secure private garden where she can enjoy some off-lead freedom. Mouse also enjoys exploring the world through her nose and would love walks that provide plenty of opportunities to sniff and investigate her surroundings.
Mouse adores playing with toys, especially soft toys that can be thrown for her to chase and carry around.
With her friendly nature, playful personality and love of both people and dogs, Mouse is sure to bring lots of joy to her future home.
