More about PINKY

Pinky is a unique and precious Old Tyme Bulldog cross. She is currently at our Old Windsor Centre, if after reading her information you would like to know more about her, please email bow.rehomers@battersea.org.uk.

Pinky’s favourite things are her food, people and finding the most interesting sleeping positions. She has a fun-loving personality and is looking for her new owners that have had experience owning dogs, reading their body language and basic training in the home.

She is currently spending time in a temporary foster home where she is clearly enjoying home life. She is housetrained, travels well in the car and, as she is such an affectionate and people-loving dog, likes to sit on the back of the sofa with her head resting on her foster carer’s shoulder, which is incredibly endearing.

Although Pinky is playful, she is polite and gentle and loves to spend time curled up with her favourite people (everyone very quickly becomes Pinky’s favourite person). She walks nicely on the lead too and, due to her medical needs, will not be able to do very long hikes so local walks where she can sniff and greet other dogs would be ideal for her.

Pinky enjoys playing with dogs and with the right dog can have a good wrestling game. She does however need to live as the only dog in her new home as she is not always keen on sharing her space.
New owners would need to speak to a Battersea Vet before rehoming Pinky, as she has some ongoing medical needs that new owners would need to consider.

Pinky is a loveable character and she will make a joyful companion, if you are interested in rehoming her please email bow.rehomers@battersea.org.uk or call 01784 494443.

If you have not registered yet, please do so on the Battersea website https://www.battersea.org.uk/rehoming before getting in touch. Thank you.
