More about Queenie

Say hello to our little Queenie.

This little girl arrived at Battersea with several canine friends from the same home. She is a timid and sensitive girl, who can be a bit vocal when she is unsure, however she has shown a lot of progress and potential during her stay with us.

Queenie has very little experience with the outside world. With gentle and gradual exposure with her favourite humans here at Battersea, she has begun to gain some more confidence daily.

Queenie is looking for owners who are dedicated to taking on all the work and training a young puppy needs, and have the time and attention to help her mature into a lovely little lady. She is looking for owners who are willing to help teach and guide her to learn the ropes and feel at ease, taking it one paw at a time.
Queenie will no doubt bloom best in a quiet new home where she can snuggle into her owners and have some company. Queenie will need a private garden in her new home.

She has shown some basic social skills, however she will need ongoing training to help her make new friends and to come away if she is uncomfortable. She could live with a another steady role model dog, or potentially one of the dogs she arrived with.

Queenie has had some additional support from her team onsite, to help her be familiar with walking equipment as she has little experience with this.
Overall, her new owners will need to be patient and willing to guide her and help her build the confidence that she needs as she embarks on her newest chapter.

We are confident that, in the right hands and once she has settled into a loving home, she will flourish and reward her new family with all the love and fun we know she has in her heart.
