More about RED
Red came to us through no fault of her own. She's shown to be a sweet, sensitive soul who’s quite undersocialised with the big wide world, but ready to start the next chapter of her life.
Red arrived to us as an underconfident girl, particularly when it came to busier roads and louder noises. But with time, care, and patience, she’s started to enjoy her time outside, especially with the help of another dog friend, and is learning to take the world in stride.
Red has shown herself to be affectionate with staff and has displayed lovely social skills with other dogs. She’s still young and at that perfect age to soak up everything she learns. With gentle guidance and consistent training, she’ll continue to build confidence and flourish. She has shown a high motivation for food, which can sometimes make her quite the pest - particularly with treat pouches or during human meal times! New owners will need to continue training on neutral behaviours around food!
As a Malinois, Red has all the brilliant energy and intelligence the breed is known for. She’ll need a home that can offer her the mental and physical stimulation she craves, but also the calm, quiet environment that will help her feel safe.
Red is looking for an experienced owner or someone willing to learn, who can give her the time, structure, and love she needs to grow into the amazing companion she’s meant to be.
