Meet handsome Regie!

Regie is an ex racing Greyhound who arrived at Battersea after retiring from his racing career.

He was described by his previous kennels as being a fantastic dog who would make a great companion for anyone! He was also reportedly kennelled with another Greyhound previously with no issues.

Onsite Regie has proven to be a lovely lad, he enjoys leisurely strolls and gentle cuddles with his handlers. Regie has been friendly with other dogs but is happy to do his own thing. He would be suitable being the only dog in the home but could also be quite happy living with another chilled, likeminded dog friend.

Due to his racing background, he’ll need to stay on lead and muzzled when out on walks. As he will need to be kept on lead in public spaces, he is looking for a new home that has a private secure garden for him to have some off lead space to potter around in, or new owners who may be willing to hire a private field so that he can stretch his legs.

If you're looking for a best friend who will curl up on the sofa with you and keep you company while you catch up on your favourite TV shows, look no further! Regie could be the companion for you!
