Meet our sweet Poodle boy Robbie!

Robbie arrived at Battersea from another rescue and with 7 other dogs and has likely not had the best start in life.
He is an extremely worried lad who is still learning that the world is not such a scary place. He does get stressed when outside and struggles to walk on lead, showing behaviours similar to a puppy farm dog who has had limited exposure to the wider world. New owners will need to be prepared for a long settling in period with owners taking everything at his pace.

Robbie will need a patient home in a quiet location where he can build confidence at his own pace. He will need to live with another dog, ideally a small, steady, friendly role model type, as he will really gain confidence from them! He is currently kennelled with Toby, and because they have a lovely companionship, they could be rehomed together.

With time and love, he’s ready to leave his past behind and become a loyal, loving companion. Could you be the family to help him thrive in a new home?
