More about Skye

Meet our wonderful girl Skye. Skye is an Ex-Racing Greyhound.

She is a lovely sweet natured girl who has nothing but pure love to offer. She is often in her kennel wagging her tail when she sees her human friends, or stretching out on her big comfy duvets!

As an ex-racer, Skye will require a private garden where she can have some off lead training and fun play as she will need to be kept on lead when out on walks. Skye walks steadily on lead with her muzzle but at times can be nervous with her surroundings so is looking to live in a quiet location.

Sky has shown to be sociable around other dogs, although can be a little worried of them at times. The previous rescue reported that she was kennelled with other greyhounds and she could therefore potentially live with another calm sociable greyhound friend.

Skye cant live with cats or other small animals but could live with a family with sensible older children.

Skye is looking for a home where she can rest her racing paws and enjoy the company of her new family!
