Meet Skyla; a fun-loving and excitable girl looking for a home where she can truly shine.

Skyla has been on foster, and has since blossomed into a friendly, lively girl who loves to play and engage with the world around her. Whether it’s agility games, tennis balls, or food enrichment puzzles, Skyla is all in, showing off her clever side and her zest for life. She’s still a bit vocal at times, especially in kennels, but she knows how to settle down and enjoy some quiet time.

When Skyla first arrived, she had a few quirks – she wasn’t too fond of meeting strangers, and handling, especially around her paws, was a challenge. She also had some resource guarding tendencies and wasn’t always great at sharing with other dogs.

Skyla gets along well with other dogs after initial introductions, but due to her resource guarding history, she’s best suited as the only dog in her new home. Skyla’s energetic and sharp mind means she’ll thrive with experienced owners, who understand the Husky breed and can keep her busy with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.
