More about Snow

Snow is a devoted Shepherd based at our Old Windsor centre.

He is typical of the breed and can sometimes be vocal towards new people but once he knows you, he really relaxes and loves a fuss. He can get quite excited to go for a walk and will bounce around. Snow is uncomfortable around other dogs and can bark at them when he's worried. This will need managing when on walks and he is not a dog that will enjoy being around other dogs. His owners should understand this and be happy with choosing slightly quieter walks.

Snow is not particularly food motivated but loves toys, especially tennis balls, and a fun game is a great way to make friends with him. Snow finds visits to the vets a bit frightening and will need some extra support when he goes to the vet. He was housetrained in his previous home and, once fully settled, could be left alone for shorter periods of time during the day. He will need some patience when settling in to his new routine as he has had some big changes recently.

He's a super dog who would best suit owners who have a good understanding of the breed and their individual needs.
